GetJobSummariesResult getJobSummaries(UserIDBean userID, JobIDBean[] jobIDs)

Retrieves a quick summary of information about all jobs listed, the customer of each job, and its current state.

| UserIDBean | userID | The admin username and password. |
| JobIDBean | jobIDs | A list of all the jobs for which summaries are required. |
